Word on the Married to Medicine streets is that Quad Webb’s new boyfriend bought her a Rolls Royce. And according to Dr. Heavenly, who loves to tell Quad’s business, she actually rode in it Tuesday night.
Dr Heavenly tweeted:
So it looks like all our Atlanta girls are getting gifted with Rolls Royce’s: Shamea’s husband gifted her a Rolls Royce, Porsha’s husband let her drive his Rolls Royce. And now Quad’s man has gifted her with a Rolls Royce, and hopefully it’s in her name and not his.
Quad recently made headlines by publicly introducing her new boyfriend for the first time. He was her handsome date to Married to Medicine’s annual Med Gala and they looked good together. So far there’s no information on his name or what he does for a living. But they are saying he has money!
Quad’s public debut of her new man comes after a period where she remained relatively private about her dating life. But they’re saying that Quad has been privately dating this man for some time, and she’s just now introducing him to the world.
A New Chapter in Quad’s Life
Quad has been through a tumultuous past couple of years. Quad’s previous marriage to Dr. Gregory Lunceford was filled with drama, which played out extensively on Married To Medicine. The couple, who married in 2012, divorced in 2019 after years of public disputes, accusations of infidelity, and a highly publicized split that left fans wondering about whether Quad would remain on Married to Medicine and if she would somehow end up dating another doctor.
Despite the end of her marriage, Quad continued to be a significant part of “Married to Medicine.” However, her place on the show was continually questioned by some after the divorce, as her storyline had heavily revolved around her relationship with Dr. Gregory.
The Tea is Sweet
Then, fast forward to Season 10 and Quad being blindsided by Dr. Gregory returning to the show with his new wife, Sweet Tea, who Dr. Heavenly convinced to join the cast.
On an episode of Watch What Happens Live Quad said, “I did not like it. Heavenly and I talk a lot and I think that just should’ve been a conversation maybe her and I should have had. But Heavenly is about what’s good for the show and she thought that bringing the girl on the show would be good for the show and she knows that if the girl ever tries me, she’s done.”
Quad’s reactions to Dr. G and Sweet Tea have been a mix of throwing shade and claiming she’s happy for the new couple, but it’s clear there are still some unresolved feelings and a lot of potential for friction.
But congratulations to Quad on her new boo. They look good together, and if he put her car in her own name, then he’s definitely a keeper.
