Reality TV star Porsha Williams is facing a new legal hurdle from her estranged husband, Simon Guobadia. Simon has issued a cease-and-desist order to prevent Porsha from filming scenes for “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” (RHOA) in a Rolls-Royce Ghost he reportedly purchased for her.
Simon, a businessman and film producer, had gifted Porsha the luxury car during their engagement. However, amid their contentious divorce proceedings, he has taken steps to stop her from using the car in the show. The cease-and-desist letter sent to the RHOA production team states that he does not consent to any filming involving the vehicle, emphasizing his ownership of the car.
This legal move is part of a broader series of disputes between the couple, who married in 2021 and filed for divorce in early 2024. Their split has been marked by various allegations, including claims of harassment and unstable behavior from both sides. Simon has also accused Porsha of using the marriage for financial gain, a charge she denies.
Porsha and Truly Original have not yet responded to the demand.
The legal battles between Porsha and Simon are ongoing, with both parties preparing for further court confrontations. The outcome will significantly impact how Porsha navigates her role on RHOA and her public image amidst the divorce drama.
